Capacity Building & Farmer Skill Development

-Crop Diversification & Sustainable Irrigation: Teaching farmers to grow high-value crops and implement water-efficient irrigation methods, such as drip and sprinkler systems, to combat climate variability.
-Natural & Organic Farming Techniques: Promoting the use of bio-fertilizers, composting, mulching, and zero-budget natural farming to restore soil health and reduce input costs.
-Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Demonstrating eco-friendly pest control methods, including the use of pheromone traps and natural predators, to protect crops without harmful chemicals.
– Value Addition & Food Processing: Training on techniques to convert raw produce into marketable goods—such as drying herbs, making preserves, or packaging grains—thus increasing profitability.
-Agribusiness Management & Digital Literacy: Empowering farmers with business planning, cost analysis, record-keeping, and training on mobile apps for agri-markets, weather forecasting, and logistics.
Dairy Training & Extension Services
In collaboration with QualityNZ, EverPura is revolutionizing dairy practices across Himachal Pradesh and surrounding regions. Our dairy extension services focus on:
-Good Dairy Farming Practices (GDFP): Implementing clean milking techniques, ensuring cattle hygiene, providing proper shelter, and managing waste to ensure milk safety and animal well-being.
-Adapting New Zealand Dairy Expertise: Tailoring world-class dairy practices from New Zealand to suit local climates and conditions, thereby increasing efficiency and yield.
-On-ground Training Camps: Conducting field sessions on ration balancing, and disease prevention through timely vaccinations and deworming.
-Access to Essential Tools: Providing milk quality testing kits, offering nutritional charts, and guiding farmers on effective breeding cycles to maintain herd productivity.
-Expected Outcomes: Enhanced milk yield, better animal health, and increased income for rural dairy farmers.
Digital Learning & Advisory Support
To extend our reach and make learning accessible anytime, anywhere, we offer:
-Short How-To Videos: Simple, visual guides on milk testing, compost making, irrigation methods, cattle care, and organic input preparation on our social media platform.
-Awareness Campaigns: Focused content on food adulteration, zoonotic diseases, clean milk practices, and seasonal farming strategies.
-Mobile App Training: Helping farmers use government apps for weather alerts, mandi prices, insurance claims, and scheme applications.
Scheme Awareness & Liaison Support

-Spreading Awareness: Conducting sessions on various central and state schemes- like PM-KISAN, KCC loans, FPO formation grants, and livestock insurance.
